Your Name: Maria

Your Fiance/husband's name: Tim

Wedding Date: May 23, 2009

What Wedding project are (did) you most look forward to?  Planning the menu, DH and I LOVE food.

Which project do  (did) you wish you didn't have to do?  The seating chart.  I have a huge italian family and I neededto worry about who is fighting with whom so I didn't sit them together.  Of course that changes daily, so I had a lot of revisions.  LOL

Your favorite Vendor (yes, only 1!)-  My photographer, Jen Lowe.  She has become a great friend.

Does your wedding have a theme?  Nope, no theme.  Everyone at the wedding kept trying to figure out what my theme was though.  It was funny.  The theme was stuff Maria and Tim like.

Something interesting aboout yourself that you haven't shared before-  In college I studied abroad in Ireland.

Good idea, it's been a while since I saw one of these!

Your Name: Laura

Your Fiance/husband's name:Jeff

Wedding Date:09/10/10

What Wedding project are (did) you most look forward to? Putting together the favors, but I may change my mind since when the wedding gets closer I'm sure I'll be a giant stressball.

Which project do  (did) you wish you didn't have to do? Programs.  I know I don't have to do them, so I might not, but the idea of doing something THAT close to the wedding doesn't sit well with my plan-ahead mentality.

Your favorite Vendor (yes, only 1!)- Without knowing how things turn out, I'm going to say my florist (Coleen at Divine Designs) because meeting with her was so effortless, it was like she read my mind.  And she actually got me excited about flowers.

Does your wedding have a theme? No - our colors are navy and pale yellow though.

Something interesting aboout yourself that you haven't shared before- I have lived in 6 states, two of them (PA and MD) twice.

Your Fiance/husband's name: Adam

Wedding Date: November 27, 2010

What Wedding project are (did) you most look forward to? Right now, planning the honeymoon! (starting this Sunday night!)

Which project do  (did) you wish you didn't have to do? the guest list.  It was so tough to figure out who to invite when you can't afford to invite everyone you know.

Your favorite Vendor (yes, only 1!)- I agree with Jen Lowe being my favorite.  We did our engagment pictures and I just love them! I'm really looking forward to seeing the wedding pictures, and I hate seeing myself in pictures.

Does your wedding have a theme? Nope, just a bunch of stuff like FI and I like.

Something interesting aboout yourself that you haven't shared before- I'm not a very intresting person, I can't think of anything.

Your Name: Jennifer

Your Fiance/husband's name: Craig

Wedding Date: 5/15/11

What Wedding project are (did) you most look forward to?
So far ordering our Save the Dates has been the most exciting, just because Craig got so excited about them. But I don't know what's in store for me yet!

Which project do  (did) you wish you didn't have to do?
Seating charts. I still might punk out and make it a giant free for all. I haven't decided yet.

Your favorite Vendor (yes, only 1!)- I've really just started but if I have to pick a favorite so far it's our venue. Although that's not entirely fair because it's also one of our favorite restaurants. But they're shutting down for the day on a Sunday so we'll be the only ones in there and there's no rental fee, just the per head on the food and alcohol. We also know the owner, chef, and bartender very well. (It's Cafe de Paris in Columbia in case anyone was wondering.)

Does your wedding have a theme?
Nope. But our colors our bright orange and pink.

Something interesting aboout yourself that you haven't shared before- I have a degree in Spanish but I've never once used it at any job I've had.

Your Fiance/husband's name: Andy

Wedding Date: 06/11/2011

What Wedding project are (did) you most look forward to? Registering. We live together but it's so fun to think about setting up a house with stuff that's OURS, and not MINE and HIS.

Which project do  (did) you wish you didn't have to do? Seating Chart.  Can you say, "Drama!"

Your favorite Vendor (yes, only 1!)- I only have one right now, so it'll have to be Linsey at M&T Bank Stadium

Does your wedding have a theme? No, but we're having it at Ravens Stadium and our colors are Purple (with an orange accent) so... kind of Baltimore sports-ish?

Something interesting aboout yourself that you haven't shared before- In college I majored in accounting so I could find a job and political science so I wouldn't be bored out of my mind for four years.

Your favorite Vendor (yes, only 1!): well I'm just starting out so I'm not sure yet! I would have to say our venue. We're having the ceremony and reception all at the same location and they dont charge a site fee! Just per head for food and drink!

Does your wedding have a theme?: One minute it does..the next it doesnt. First it was a Fall theme, then a Halloween theme (even considered changing the date) and now I'm not so sure...maybe just a good ol' fashioned wedding!

Something interesting aboout yourself that you haven't shared before: I have a hairless cat and if I thought he would do good at the ceremony I would incorporate him into it...Note to self: Practice leash walking...maybe he can give me away!!

Thanks, Weezie.  This place has actually been a little more active in the past months, so that's definitely saying something about hos DEAD it has been...

Your Name: Caroline

Your Fiance/husband's name: Kevin

Wedding Date: 7/16/10

What Wedding project are (did) you most look forward to? Hmmm I wasn't much of a DIY bride at all...I guess the seating chart.  It meant things were really getting finalized and it was a big task to be checked off.

Which project do  (did) you wish you didn't have to do? Making guest list cuts (so hard).

Your favorite Vendor (yes, only 1!)- omg I don't think I can choose... I loved all my vendors.  I had 4 that made my day awesome: Lauren Thurston (my coordinator at the Tremont), Jenni Combs (photog), Nicole Palermo (make up) and Laurie Myers (florist).  This reminds me... I need to to a vendor reviews post.

Does your wedding have a theme? Not really.... just summery.  White, pink, green and blue were the colors.  We were going for more "formal" definitely.

Something interesting aboout yourself that you haven't shared before- I am an excellent boxer.  I love working out.

Which project do  (did) you wish you didn't have to do?
Make the guest list and cut people. I just want to invite everyone!

Your favorite Vendor (yes, only 1!)-
We don't really have vendors yet besides our venue.

Does your wedding have a theme?
As of now nothing is definite but were leaning towards an end of summer/beginning of fall type theme. Were using turquoise and coral/orange as our colors with brown accents.

Something interesting aboout yourself that you haven't shared before-
I have a terrible memory and I'm very absent minded! I have to write myself notes to remember things...

What Wedding project are (did) you most look forward to? I loved making my invitations; got a lot of great feedback on them.

Which project do  (did) you wish you didn't have to do? Decorating the room at the restaurant. I want someone else to do it but I can't afford that!

Your favorite Vendor (yes, only 1!)- Not sure yet. Our whole thing is really laid back; officiant is a friend, cake person I met once, the restaurant guy is a family friend of FI's, photog is my dad (and then an extra guy for shots Dad is in)

Does your wedding have a theme? Kinda. We have a bird thing going on.

Something interesting aboout yourself that you haven't shared before- I have a great memory when it comes to my customers and what they ordered...but only names and item ordered. I can't remember faces to save my life.

Something interesting aboout yourself that you haven't shared before-I'm studying for the CPA exam, but it's tough because who wants to study when one can wedding plan?

Something interesting aboout yourself that you haven't shared before- lets see....I had my left big toe nail ripped completely off a few years ago and now it is completely and totally sensitive and just to step on it lightly hurts! So needless to say not sure what to do about wedding shoes! Pump, open toe or strappy??

Your Name: Kate

Your Fiance/husband's name: James

Wedding Date: November 10, 2012

What Wedding project are (did) you most look forward to? Any paper related aspects: Save the dates, invitations, favors, table decorations etc. My former schooling graphic design will be showing its face once more!

Which project do  (did) you wish you didn't have to do? Flowers - but I think I'll make them out of paper to be more fun for me :D

Your favorite Vendor (yes, only 1!)? Too early as of yet.

Does your wedding have a theme? Clean lines/Vintage/DIY which is an amalgum of us, anyway. Trees are working their way in, also. Leaves, recyled paper etc.

Something interesting aboout yourself that you haven't shared before: Well, to be fair, this is my first post.. but, I can indulge it.  My strange phobia is of small holes, like in coral or sponge, or big seed pockets in lillies. I've cried, I've vomitted, I've always been like this! Weird, huh?
